PURCHASE & SALE AGREEMENT

 

The first step towards a booking for the Vehicle is to email or fax the copy of the log book and consignee details. Once we have those particulars, we prepare and forward to you a shipping note, invoice and port of loading / departure.

Full payment Must be Received and Cleared before the cars leave the UK Ports. Although we accept partial payments the vehicles will only leave the country once the full quotation price has been received. Acceptable payments are bank transfer, uk cheques and credit cards if it so permits.

 

SHIPPING TIME:

 

Will vary from one day to three days depending upon the vessel routing and change of docking time. Most vessels arrive at the advised transit time.

Packages will be shipped through pallets, crates, Fedex or a freight carrier depending upon the size & weight of the package.

If your order is shipped via LTL (truck line), it is a curbside service. This means that you are responsible for getting the equipment from the back of the truck to your home. You MUST be home at the time of delivery. It is your responsibility to make the delivery arrangements with the trucking company.

 

TRANSPORT SERVICES :

 

Minimum charge of £280 (Saloon & 4x4 vehicles) only in mainland UK. Service only provided as extra and you are free to seach for an alternative quote. These charges are your responsibility and are not included freight. Should you choose to obtain a quote on your own than it is your responsibility to pay the driver of the transporter.

If for some reason delivery arrangements are not made you are responsible for all freight charges associated with the shipment. This means shipping to you, from you and if you choose redelivered to you.
